Are you ready to contribute to Coolshop’s further development and crazy growth journey? We are on the lookout for an independent and ambitious Warehouse Manager to lead our newest addition to the family; a 2000 sqm warehouse in Flensborg – and that’s where you join the picture!
In your role as Warehouse Manager, you’ll be the leading part of the daily operations in our first German warehouse with 1-3 employees. You’ll be referring to our Head of Warehouse in our HQ in Nørresundby, Denmark, where, too, you’ll be closely working with your colleagues in our B2B warehouse and Goods In department. Your daily tasks will involve organizing the daily work for your employees, helping to receive the goods, picking ang packing, and shipping the goods.
You’ll succeed as a Warehouse Manager in Coolshop, if you:
- Are a Warehouse and Logistics Expert with hands on experience from both the books and the floor
- Have leadership skills that’ll make any employee happy to have you as their leader
- Are familiar with IT – and if you have experience with WMS Apport, it’s a huge plus!
- Have knowledge about and understanding of market trends and operational nuances

When taking on the role as Warehouse Manager, your journey will start with a thorough training over 2-3 weeks in our Warehouse in Nørresundby. Furthermore, you can look forward to days in Nørresundby throughout your employment, where you’ll be welcomed with joy and excitement from your Danish colleagues. You must be able to communicate in English with clarity and confidence, both written and spoken.
