About the Role
Continia Software is looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to own and drive our day-to-day IT operations across the group. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll ensure that employees across all our offices have reliable, secure, and well-managed digital workplaces, while continuously improving and unifying our setup as we grow.
This role is firmly rooted in the workplace IT space. You'll lead a small, distributed team of two IT specialists and serve as the operational owner of our Microsoft 365 platform from an end-user and endpoint perspective. You'll work closely with all of our different departments as well as external vendors, and you'll be a key contributor to how we mature our IT practices across the organization.
What You'll Be Responsible For
M365 & Endpoint Ownership: Full lifecycle management of laptops and mobile devices via Intune, and day-to-day administration of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID, including licenses, Conditional Access, and MFA.
Service & Support: Own the IT service desk across all sites: ticket flow, SLAs, escalation paths, and knowledge base.
Identity, Security & Compliance: Joiner-mover-leaver processes, access reviews, endpoint security in Defender, phishing response, and operational evidence for ISO 27001 audits.
People Leadership: Manage and develop two specialists across two locations. Set priorities, run 1:1s, and ensure knowledge sharing.
Vendors & Documentation: Manage licenses, hardware vendors, support contracts, runbooks, and internal IT policies.
What We're Looking For
5–8 years in IT operations or workplace IT, with 1–2 years leading people
Deep, hands-on M365 experience — Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Defender, and Purview
Experience managing local office networks
Experience with Azure VM
Service-minded and structured, comfortable shifting between ticket-level work and process design
You are fluent in English and Danish both spoken and written, and able to communicate clearly with colleagues and partners across countries.
Experience with PowerShell for automation, Ubiquiti/UniFi network equipment, or working within an ISO 27001, NIS2, or GDPR framework is a bonus. The same applies to IT infrastructure operations more broadly, including setting up documentation and knowledge management platforms, establishing integrations that allow information to flow automatically across tools, and managing asset lifecycles across multiple locations.
