At Continia, we are looking for a profile who can help develop and drive our commercial systems landscape, with a strong focus on HubSpot. The role will be an important part of our Commercial Excellence team, where you will help ensure that our systems support efficient sales processes, high data quality, and a scalable partner-driven business.

About the role 

You will be the system owner for HubSpot as well as our partner-facing portal, used by partners who sell and work with Continia’s solutions globally. 

HubSpot will be your primary focus area, where you will be responsible for the daily operations, ongoing development, and strategic use of the platform. Alongside HubSpot, a significant part of your role will be ownership of our partner portal from a technical systems perspective. This includes driving the development roadmap and coordinating with our external Umbraco development partner on configuration, integrations, and new functionality.

The role sits at the intersection of business, processes, and systems. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can both understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions across our commercial platforms. 

Your primary responsibilities 

  • Take ownership of HubSpot as Continia’s central CRM platform  

  • Ensure structure, governance, and data quality across our commercial processes  

  • Drive improvements and optimization of workflows, automations, and user experience in HubSpot  

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and management on processes, reporting, and commercial workflows  

  • Drive the technical development roadmap of our partner portal, including configuration, integrations, and coordination with our external Umbraco development partner

  • Facilitate workshops and identify business needs across the organization  

  • Drive implementation of new initiatives and ensure user adoption  

  • Act as the main point of contact for our external HubSpot partner on larger development projects  

Who are you? 

We imagine that you have experience working with CRM, commercial systems, or Revenue Operations, either from an in-house role or as a consultant/advisor. 

You work in a structured way and thrive on creating clarity, prioritizing tasks, and driving projects forward. At the same time, you are a strong collaborator who can work effectively with leadership, sales teams, and external partners. 

You are not a developer, but you are technically confident and at ease with system configuration, workflows, and integrations. 

We expect that you: 

  • Have experience with HubSpot as an administrator, super user, or consultant  

  • Understand CRM, sales processes, and commercial workflows  

  • Have experience translating business needs into system solutions  

  • Have worked with stakeholders across organizations  

  • Are structured and capable of driving multiple initiatives in parallel  

  • Focus on user adoption, data quality, and scalable processes  

  • Communicate clearly and build trust with both internal and external stakeholders
